Our ‘goodwill’ returns policy gives you 14 days to return or exchange an item bought online with a valid card payment receipt or sales invoice subject to our Terms and Conditions. It is a discretionary policy so there are some exclusions. We reserve the right to refuse a refund / replacement if:

  • goods have been damaged by you / your customer
  • goods have been used by you / your customer
  • goods that have been tarnished unreasonably by you / your customer
  • goods that have been, or attempted to have been, repaired by you / your customer


Please note: bespoke items made to order are not eligible for a refund – you will be notified of such items at time of ordering.
You will be responsible for the cost of the return of the goods, unless the goods are faulty and under warranty in which case we will refund / repay the cost of return carriage. It is recommended you obtain proof of despatch and that goods are returned on a ‘signed for’ basis for proof of delivery.
