Our main freight partner, Tuffnells Parcels Express, has entered administration.
As our primary carrier this will naturally cause a great deal of disruption to the length of time it will take to deliver some of your orders. We have other carrier collaborations but some of our larger, bulkier items could previously only be handled by Tufnells and it is this area that will cause the most disturbance to our normal delivery periods.
We will advise you if there is a problem with your order(s) when we send you the acknowledgment and we will naturally take steps to reduce the disruption as much as possible.
