Dip Tanks

For the safe use of solvents and flammable liquids for cleaning, soaking and dipping where it is necessary to have an open container. Each dip tank is marked maximum liquid level indicator to avoid overfilling and a lid which can be closed when the container is not in use to avoid unnecessary release of flammable vapours.

The main feature of these dip tanks is that the lid is equipped with a spring loaded fusible link which, in the event the contents catching fire, will melt at a temperature of 57°C causing the lid to slam shut thus extinguishing the fire. Larger tanks are fitted with carrying handle. Spare fusible links are available as optional extras.
